This interactive short workshop offers space to reflect on personal stressors, and to develop practical strategies for resilience. Participants will: Understand the mechanisms of stress and its impact Reflect on typical stressors and how they show up in academic life Explore resilience as a skillset and mindset that can be cultivated Examine strategies for building sustainable routines and boundaries Practice the power of peer support and shared experiences This 3-hour session is designed to provide both immediate strategies and long-term perspectives for building sustainable academic resilience.
