Workshopinfo Graduate Studies Support Program This workshop is part of the Graduate Studies Support Program of Berlin University Alliance. For an overview of all Graduate Studies Support Program events, click here. A successful doctorate relies on clear communication and mutual understanding — especially in structured academic settings. You will explore how to navigate your role with clarity and confidence, communicate effectively with your supervisor, and actively contribute to a productive and supportive working relationship. Through practical tools, self-reflection, and real-life examples, you’ll gain insights into how to prepare for important conversations, express your needs, set healthy boundaries, and engage in open, respectful dialogue — even when things get complex. Please note that having your camera on is required for participation in this workshop. This helps us create a respectful, engaging, and safe space for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
