This workshop explores how culture shapes communication, feedback, and collaboration styles, with a focus on building strong, positive relationships with your supervisor. Through practical tools and self-reflection, you’ll learn how to navigate intercultural dynamics with clarity and confidence, manage expectations, and engage in respectful, solution-oriented dialogue across cultures. Please note that having your camera on is required for participation in this workshop. This helps us create a respectful, engaging, and safe space for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
