Doctoral work in international settings offers rich opportunities — and communication is key to making the most of them. This workshop explores how culture shapes communication, feedback, and collaboration styles, with a focus on building strong, positive relationships with your supervisor.

Through practical tools and self-reflection, you’ll learn how to navigate intercultural dynamics with clarity and confidence, manage expectations, and engage in respectful, solution-oriented dialogue across cultures.

Please note that having your camera on is required for participation in this workshop. This helps us create a respectful, engaging, and safe space for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

This workshop can be attended by itself or together with "Communicating with Clarity and Confidence in Academia: Strengthening Collaboration with Your Supervisor", which takes place in the morning of the same day.
