Objectives

In this workshop, you will explore core principles of project management—directly applied to your own doctoral project. Rather than focusing on rigid systems, we emphasize practical understanding: you’ll learn:
- concepts commonly used in academia and Industry
- their strengths and limitations
- how to adapt them to the unique challenges of a PhD

Content

Together, we:
- break down big research goals into actionable steps
- create structure and timeline plans
- explore agile approaches such as Kanban and Scrum
- use analytical tools to better understand the opportunities, risks, and stakeholders involved in your doctorate.

You will work hands-on with your own project and leave the workshop with a personalized roadmap for your PhD. No prior knowledge is required—just curiosity and willingness to try new approaches.

Participation on both days is mandatory.
