Workshop-Informationen 21st Century team leadership and membership – Re-defining our roles for future-fitness Leaders, and those who seek to develop their leadership skills face new challenges – sweeping changes in society require a greater appreciation of the value of all forms of diversity in the team, and how to harness it. New models and styles of leadership are widely being adopted and a more open frameworks, work methods and project management modes present new opportunities – and new challenges. Teamwork and emotional intelligence is increasingly being perceived as key personal skills.
