Do you already know what you want to do after your doctorate? Do you have an overview of interesting fields of work in which you can imagine a career? If you are not quite sure yet and still have some questions about the job market, then the Humboldt Graduate School's small peer mentoring programme is just right for you! In two meetings of three hours each, you will receive information about the job market, career paths, skills, goals, values, networks, job portals and whatever else is important for sustainable career planning. The focus of the meetings is the exchange with colleagues who are also busy with the question of which of the many professional opportunities they want to take now. Which next step fits best now? The Peer Mentoring Programme aims to facilitate this challenging decision-making process.
